Enforcement records. In the course of providing parking-enforcement services on private property, we collect information about vehicles parked in violation, including vehicle make/model/color, license plate and state, location, date and time, and photographs or video documenting the condition and location of the vehicle.

Payment information. When you pay a fee, your card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Square). We receive limited confirmation information such as the payer name, the last portion of the transaction reference, amount, and a confirmation code. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and we use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and document parking-enforcement services and process the release of immobilized vehicles.
To process payments and provide receipts and confirmation codes.
To respond to your inquiries, applications, and requests.
To provide reporting to the property owners and managers whose lots we service.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms, including addressing fraudulent chargebacks.

3. Payment Processing

Card payments are handled by Stripe and Square, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. Your card information is transmitted directly to the processor and handled under their security standards; we do not receive or store your full card number. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies (see Stripe and Square).

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors, email/hosting providers), under obligations to protect it.
With the property owner or manager of the lot where enforcement occurred, as part of enforcement records and reporting.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale of assets).

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain enforcement and payment records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
