Simple & Transparent

How It Works

Boot Patrol officer explaining a boot notice to a vehicle owner

Enforcement is handled professionally and courteously — every immobilization follows clear posted rules and is fully documented. Here's exactly what happens, from signage to release.

1

Signage & Setup

Clear posted signage establishes the parking rules and enforcement authority on the property.

2

Identify Violation

Unauthorized or rule-violating vehicles are identified by our enforcement team.

3

Immobilize & Document

A wheel boot is applied and the vehicle is documented with time-stamped photographs.

4

Notice Placed

A clear notice is affixed to the vehicle with release instructions and contact information.

5

Owner Pays for Release

The vehicle owner contacts us using the notice to make a payment for release.

6

Boot Removed

Once payment is confirmed, the boot is promptly removed and the vehicle is released.

Release Fees & Charges

Parking Enforcement Violation Fee (includes first 2 hours)$150.00
Boot Removal Fee$8.50
Additional Vehicle Occupancy Fee$10.00 / hr
Additional Tow Fee (if vehicle is towed)$150.00 min
Drop Fee (tow initiated but cancelled)$250.00
Daily Storage Fee (if applicable)$85.00 / day
After-Hours Gate Fee (if applicable)$125.00

All fees must be paid in full before vehicle release. Payment is required prior to removal of the immobilization device — cash or credit cards accepted with ID only. Fees reflect current posted notices and are subject to the posted terms and conditions on the property.
